What size companies do you work with?
Any where from funded startups to mid-market companies with $5M–$200M+ in revenue. The right fit is less about size and more about the problem— if you have a real manufacturing or automation challenge, we're interested.

Do you work on-site or remotely?
‍Both. Most strategy, design, and fractional director work happens remotely. Site visits for audits and machine commissioning are done in person. We're based in Los Angeles and travel as needed.

What industries do you work in beyond cosmetics?
Our deepest expertise is in beauty and personal care, but our engineering skills transfer well to food & beverage, nutraceuticals, specialty chemicals, cannabis, and any industry that involves precision dispensing, liquid filling, or formulation consistency.

How quickly can you start?
Typically within one to two weeks of a signed agreement, depending on current engagements. Audits can often begin faster. Reach out and we'll give you an accurate timeline.
