Founder
Anthony Brzozowski is a Director of Engineering with 14 years designing, building, and scaling manufacturing operations in cosmetics and consumer products — from the lab bench to the factory floor to the retail shelf.
A chemical engineer by training (University of Michigan) and self-taught in mechatronics, he doesn't just specify systems — he builds them. His work includes a patented hair colorant dispensing platform (US 10532335) deployed globally for eSalon.com, and custom automation equipment running in 15+ manufacturing lines serving Fortune 500 cosmetics brands.
He founded Mauve Works to bring that same depth of technical leadership to companies that need it most — without the overhead of a full-time hire.
